TAVELO FRAMESET WARRANTY
TAVELO North America Limited Lifetime Warranty
TAVELO products distributed by SSPADE North America are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
SSPADE North America serves as the authorized warranty administrator and service center for TAVELO products within North America.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
Covered Products
This warranty covers:

Frames
-
Forks
-
Seatposts
-
Integrated handlebars and cockpits supplied with the frameset
-
Original TAVELO-branded components included with the product at the time of purchase
Paint & Finish Coverage
Paint, decals, and cosmetic finishes are covered against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original purchase date.
Normal wear, scratches, chips, fading, transportation damage, and cosmetic damage resulting from use are not covered.
Warranty Exclusions
The following items are not covered:

Derailleur hangers
-
Cable stops
-
Seat clamps
-
Saddle clamps
-
Bearings
-
Protective films
-
Other consumable or wear items
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from:

Crashes or impacts
-
Abuse or misuse
-
Improper assembly
-
Improper maintenance
-
Commercial or rental use
-
Corrosion
-
Aggressive cleaning products
-
Incompatible components
-
Unauthorized modifications
-
Unauthorized repairs
-
Stationary trainer use
-
Normal wear and tear
Intended Use
TAVELO products are designed and tested for their intended use.
Warranty coverage becomes void if the product is used in a manner outside its intended purpose, including:

Carrying passengers
-
Carrying excessive loads
-
Structural modifications
-
Installation of components or accessories not approved for the product
Warranty Resolution
Upon verification of a manufacturing defect, SSPADE North America, on behalf of TAVELO, may:

Repair the product;
-
Replace the defective product; or
-
Provide the closest available replacement model if the original model is no longer available.
Replacement products may differ in color, graphics, finish, or model year.
Any warranty replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period.
Labor & Additional Costs
Warranty coverage applies only to the defective TAVELO product.
The following are not covered:

Assembly or disassembly labor
-
Shop service charges
-
Replacement of non-TAVELO components
-
Loss of use
-
Travel expenses
-
Incidental or consequential damages
Warranty Claim Process
All North American warranty claims must be submitted through SSPADE North America.
Please provide:

Proof of purchase
-
Product serial number
-
Clear photos of the issue
-
Photos of the complete bicycle from both sides
-
Description of the issue
SSPADE may request additional information, photos, videos, or product inspection before claim approval.
Inspection & Return Policy
SSPADE reserves the right to request return of the product for inspection.
If a return is required:
-
Customer is responsible for shipping the product to SSPADE.

Approved claims will receive reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.
-
SSPADE will cover shipping costs for repaired or replacement products.
-
Denied claims will be returned at customer's expense.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSPADE North America and TAVELO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of their products.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, therefore some limitations may not apply.
