TAVELO North America Crash Replacement Program

Accidents happen.

To help riders get back on the road quickly, SSPADE North America administers the TAVELO Crash Replacement Program (CRP) for North American customers.

The Crash Replacement Program is separate from the TAVELO Limited Lifetime Warranty and applies to accidental crash or impact damage that is not covered under warranty.

Eligibility

The program is available to:

  • Original owners only

  • Products purchased through TAVELO official website or SSPADE

  • Products damaged as a result of an accident, crash, or impact

  • Products determined to be unsafe for continued use

The program is non-transferable.

Eligible Products

The Crash Replacement Program may apply to:

  • Frames

  • Forks

  • Seatposts

  • Handlebars

  • Wheelsets

  • Other approved TAVELO products

Availability is subject to inventory and model availability.

Program Benefits

Approved customers may purchase replacement products at special Crash Replacement Program pricing.

Replacement pricing is determined according to the current TAVELO Crash Replacement Program schedule. Replacement products may differ in color, graphics, finish, or model year from the original product.

Claim Requirements

To initiate a Crash Replacement claim, customers must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase

  2. Product model name

  3. Product serial number

  4. High-resolution photos of the damaged product

  5. Description of the incident causing the damage

SSPADE may request additional photos, videos, or supporting documentation.

Inspection & Product Return

SSPADE reserves the right to require return of the damaged product before approving a replacement request.

Customers are responsible for shipping damaged products to SSPADE unless otherwise authorized.

Damaged products approved under the program may be retained, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of at SSPADE's discretion.

Exclusions

The Crash Replacement Program does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage only

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Manufacturing defects covered by warranty

  • Theft or loss

  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers

  • Fraudulent or misleading claims

Program Terms

The Crash Replacement Program is a goodwill support program and does not constitute a warranty.

SSPADE North America and TAVELO reserve the right to approve, deny, modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time.

Participation is subject to product availability and final claim approval.
